That my food choices are not a fad or a lifestyle choice. I chose not to eat some foods so I can live period.

That its not my choice, its not a fad diet or a lifestyle choice, its a matter of life or death. That you can not just go anywhere and order anything when you have food allergies and CD!

1) That I have a true allergy to dairy. If I eat dairy, my throat swells. I don't just get a stomach ache and get over it. 2) food allergies are not fun or funny and no right minded person would EVER choose to have one. 3) when a person says they have a food allergy just to avoid something they don't like, they make it harder for people to take them seriously and makes it harder for people with true allergies to have a safe meal out. 4) parents should teach their children that "food shaming" is heartless, dangerous, and could be deadly
