I was aware of the Corn problem in Vinegar. Sigh. It is in so many things. Here is a link to a good starter Corn list.

You should also be careful of anything with fructose, glucose, glucose-fructose, alcohol (any form), gluten.

I recently read an article that said that a certain percentage high fructose corn syrup can now be labeled under "natural flavoring". So Natural Flavor, is on my no list.
Thank you for that post. I have had similar reaction from "natural flavor".
