Rainforest Cafe has very knowledgeable kitchen staff. A chef will come to to table to dis cuss my allergies. They really understand and know what they are doing.

Even if you only eat that what you know you have to be carefull, because recipies csm be changed.

Stick to same restaurants, or ask tins of questions! If possible, check out menu online

If I think I am going to have a problem I leave,you can always tell when the server looks puzzled don’t risk it
