Anybody Have Low Stomach Acid?
A MyFoodAllergyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was told by a Kinesiologist during the Nutrition Response Testing, that I was allergic to my own stomach acid. Would like any help anybody can give. Everything I eat, makes me sick. I have heartburn almost everyday and I get acid reflux almost everyday. I'm severly lactose intolerant and most of the time, I have no clue what I ate, that made me so sick.

my advice? dont waste money seeing a quack. no one is 'allergic to own stomach acid' total nonsense.
go to GP ask for stronger anti reflux medication, for instance i take 2 types, one is a daily 40mg tablet an 300mg for night time.

flare ups with gut happen, i am severely lactose intolerant
other foods that really bring back symptoms are high firbre foods, and onions and of course booze, like wine!
Any gut damage takes a while to heal as we cant stop eating, so these things take time.
