What is in the food itself to cause the allergy?

I think your best bet is to keep a very detailed log for minimum two weeks. Mark exactly when you have outbreaks. Everything logged should have a time stamp as well. You can most often find the culprit this way. It is sooner than getting to a doctor that may or may not get the answer for you. At that time the doctor will most likely tell you to avoid whatever the cause it. This way you can do it yourself. If you have an appointment already, do not cancel it. Bring this information with you. It will get you accelerated help.

So your log should include everything you have prepared, anything you have touched. It should include anything you have ingested. It should include any place you have been. Even the rooms in your house. Clearly you need to have your log with you at all times. Any pets you have touched. Any pets that have been present. Many foods are airborne. If you have not eaten them but they have been present. Log them too. Such as fish and anything from the water, nuts of any kind, peanuts, eggs. All these for sure have airborne allergens. You don't always have to ingest to have a reaction.

Outside. Is pollen high? Flowers, anything that is in bloom. Grass cutting.

Its a lot to keep track of. How diligent can you be? Then again with accurate time lines also record every itch you get and when you get it. It will be quite a story to tell from day to day. Try to record exactly at the time...not from memory. It will help you get an answer sooner. How determined are you?

Good luck.

I can tollerate organic versions of the foods I'm slightly allergic to better than the regular versions. :)

I get this in so many different places on my neck arms hands feet but all at different times but I really don’t know what is causing it as my doctor doesn’t give a toss and said that allergy testing won’t help either so I’m happy to hear from anybody about this and how to help this go away. Thanks
