Testing is a great tool and is very helpful. I have found that keeping a diary of all food and drink is extremely helpful as we are all different. It might just be the combination of certain foods… read more
So sorry to hear that! I am allergic to gluten and soy and it is so challenging as soy is in everything- unless I make it myself. Best of luck to you

When i eat bread i feel like i cant breath. everything feels swollen and i itch everywhere. Could this be a wheat allergy or gluten? What would be required for testing?
Could be either, could even be egg or something else entirely. Would advise to invest in blood tests. With mine, the first time they drew a vial of blood and tested it for signs of allergiec reactions… read more
Hi people, I have just about had enough of bland boring food just the same every night, some veg is allowed, little fruit and gluten free a must. I can't find a decent veggie sausage anywhere. Climbing the walls without them! Help?

Keep things simple is the first thing, I'd say. I don't know what your allergies are, but I have a child who had a lot of allergies. I'd keep the food clean and focus on proteins, vegetables and… read more
