It's hard to find items that don't have all those ingredients. The corn I don't have much reaction to on the outside can't tell with the inside. The eggs are new allergy. Still looking for good suggestion for just plain scrambled eggs. Or bagels, or French toast.

Does anybody get a watery, foamy mouth when you eat sea salt? I get violently sick (sweaty, stomach pain, nausea) when I consume sea salt, but doctors won’t listen to me. Can you use an epi pen? It feels like some sort of anaphylaxis.

I am a corn free girl. I avoid all corn and corn derivatives due to severe allergies. I also avoid gluten. Looking for a Probiotic that is both corn and gluten free......any suggestions? Thanks

Hi people, I have just about had enough of bland boring food just the same every night, some veg is allowed, little fruit and gluten free a must. I can't find a decent veggie sausage anywhere. Climbing the walls without them! Help?
Thanks I will try a nutritionist, coeliac disease I know about it's an auto immune condition. That doesn't bother me but having oral allergy syndrome does!
I have been sick for early 12 years.
