when I have breakfast in the morning and here is a different bread that I haven't had before than 30 minutes later my throat get sore and lips start to hurt. If there was something I could take that would help with the allergy in the event that I did eat something that I was allergy to but not enough to cause a full blown out reaction.
I am now taking a allergy pill first thing in the morning. It seems to help me some. Thanks to everyone for the updates. Happy Holidays.
Does anybody know what makes you allergic to sea salt? Drs don't believe me. I cannot eat shrimp either. Not sure if I have an allergy to shellfish.

how do deal with family members who think some of your child's allergies are not that bad, or say, a little wont hurt them, or act like your killing them because you tell them they cant give your child something because he is allergic to it? my son is allergic to honey, milk, tomato, peanuts, tree nuts and cocnut,

I am newly diagnosed (less than three weeks) and my husband just is not getting how severely allergic I am to shellfish! He made me react twice. The first time was a learning curve! Second time he used a pan and didn't clean it well I used it later to cook land I ended up in the hospital! I know it takes awhile for everyone to learn to live with allergies but does anyone have advice that would help to speed the process along! Thanks so much!!!

Yes it is the container! I has the same issue with Fugi water. Anything in a thick plastic bottle
I take fruit/nut bars with me everywhere, as I know there will probably be no goodies I can eat! There are however a few kind people who understand and try their best to cater for me.
My son is 2 years old and has anaphylactic reaction to both peanuts and eggs. I am looking for hope that he may still grow out of these food allergies even though they are more severe.
Same here. My little boy is 3 1/2 with severe peanut and egg allergy. He also has eczema.
How do you explain to restaurants that you have food allergies and how do you know they listen yo you? I have a selected few restaurants I go to, and when I have to go to a new one I feel like my life is in danger...which it technically is (hehe) seeing as my anaphalaxis has reached a point where I have an epipen with me at all times, and even then I do not have long to get to a doctor...just wondering how everyone else copes with restaurants and take away places...
