Wow. Grinding your own spices. I haven't don't that yet but we are almost to that point for my oldest because her allergies are becoming more severe.

Hi. Wow four with the desease. I sympathise. I'm extremely careful of what I buy. Read lables and have learnt names that hide gluten in products. Following Banting has helped so much as I now eat natural produce only. Meat, eggs, fish, chicken, most veg and very small amounts of fruit.
I stay away from all grains completely even quinoa and millet as they used to effect me. I bake with seeds and nuts.
I've even got to the stage of grinding my own spices. They use flour or corn starch as carriers which don't do well with me.

I have 4 girls with celiac disease. Do you have food allergies that trigger the celiac attacks? My kids do. It's crazy.
