Sick For Days After Allergic Reaction
A MyFoodAllergyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I had an allergic reaction to shellfish on Friday. Ever since then I have felt off. I have hot flashes and chills, dizziness, and a super sore throat. As this happened to anyone else? Is this due to the allergic reaction or an illness?
(I am anaphylactic to all shellfish)

It's the reaction your body is still suffering from the food. The one time it took me almost a week or two to feel normal again.Good luck healthy food and lots of water

Can I ask how you managed to eat the fish in the first place if you’re allergic?
