I usually take food i can eat.
I am very careful about what i eat . If i cant tell the ingredients i dont eat it
I take safe foods for my daughter. It’s easier and I know she won’t be left out.
I typically eat what I can. Depending on the time of event I will prepare a meal for myself before or after so that I do not starve or be exposed to "secret ingredient" dishes.
I take my own food to certain events. It’s easier than having people look at me like I have 3 heads!
