Shame man. You need to find out what food/ foods you are allergic to or you are never gonna get better. I found out about my wheat allergy from this homeopathic doctor. He did a full body scan on his machine and can tell you what's going on in your body. Wasn't as expensive as normal allergy testing done at the GP and he can even treat some things himself.

I am allergic to a massive amount of things. Preservatives, food colouring, fish, shellfish, wheat, nuts, perfumes, grass, dust to name a few. Google and try the salicylate free diets. The best site i found is http://www.foodcanmakeyouill.co.uk/salicylate-i...
It has made a huge difference in my life.

Hi Simphiwe!

I have seen Prof Jonny Peters at UCT lung institute and allergy clinic. He is very thorough and has been a tremendous help to me! I've been in exactly the same boat as you. Give him a visit! You won't regret it. All the best.

Having a reaction constantly is rough. I can only recommend going as basic as possible on your diet and avoiding makeup and perfume. Hopefully, a diet with as few ingredients as possible at first will allow you to more easily document what you are eating and any reactions you are having.

I had to go to a basic diet at first to get my allergies to calm down, but they were still triggering since I still hadn't figured out all my allergies and all the hidden names of my food allergens.

However, the calmed down allergies gave me space to try to figure things out better and I could add and remove foods as needed. Try only one new thing at a time.

I can relate to the allergies being constant. Mine ramped up a lot in 2017 yet I failed to find the culprit until this year. It was the laundry soap and tree nuts and peanuts.

The overall body reaction to the laundry soap was awful and I couldn't figure it out until I started itching and burning all over my body wherever my clothes rubbed on my skin, i.e.; hem lines of shirts and dresses and especially where my compression hose ends around my knees.

Some people have gone to expensive doctors only to discover that the doctor recommended the process of elimination. Know what you're not allergic to and add a suspected food. See if there's a reaction. If not add another one and so on until all the foods are discovered.

I started going through this process back in 2014 even though I had systems back in 2011. I'm still discovering the allergens.
