I'm wheat and dairy free (dairy causes tummy issues and wheat gives me nose bridge pain an hour after which I am told is an allergy as body is releasing Histamine causing that type of reaction. It also then triggers a migraine on build up). I get constipation from free from breads and been advised to trial not re heating foods or having leftovers along with staying away from high histamine foods for a couple of weeks.

Roast veg and meat, or sheet pan dinners. Alter spices and meats to change up taste and texture. Easy 40 minute dinners can be prepared night before marinade meat and veg separately throw in oven. Slow cooker stews and casseroles are a win in our home. And Sunday dinners with slow cooker meat and steamed veg.
