oas to fruit and veg is very common, and yes is linked to your tree pollen allergies. my son can only eat bananas as fruit. he also has many other food allergies as well as all environmental allergies. Allergy shot treatment is not available in UK as taken off NHS after a review due to deaths. However it does not cause high histamine level, your pollen allergy is one of the causes. if you have one allergy, you may develop others over time, and go into food allergy.

My doc believes I have high histamine levels and put me on NAC. Since being on it I am having less hives but problem not completely resolved. But this product has helped.

I did not for this last blood work. I didn't not know he was going to do allergy testing. This was my internal medicine doctor. I see a new allergist in 2 weeks, I will come off all allergy meds before that appt.

This seems a little like histamine intolerance. I had a false negative result. Did you come off all anti histamines and allergy medications? If you did then I think the tests are more accurate if not then how would know to what scale?!

I recently had what I called a false negative- I'm on high dose antihistamines so im not sure how accurate the results would be.
