I have had allergic reactions to beef which we found out was not to the beef itself but to what the animal had been eating and another time to an antibiotic the animal had been given. It helped that we lived in rural areas and were able to track down the source of the beef. Now I only eat 100% grass fed and free range organic animal products and organic everything else. I do not eat foods I have not prepared myself from scratch, with a few exceptions.

We don't know if I do, but I am reactive to meats and poultry. I do not have signs of lime disease, so I didn't think I did have it. However, people have wondered if its plausible that I could have the allergy, without having the lime disease.
