At 60, I Have Bowl Problems Tummy Goes Spontaneously. I Stopped All Fibre And Most Dairy. Is This Normal?

Don't think you should stop all fibre ,they normally suggest a low fibre diet because you still need some for a healthy bowel ,get tested for lactose intolerance and maybe investigations into what bowel condition you have so you can get right diet information and treatment, good luck x
