I sometimes start getting like i dry itching mouth and start getting or going into severe coughing with some things like some foods or anything else that causes these symptoms? Thanks, Jessika

Agree sounds exactly like oral allergy syndrome

Oral allergies cause this, you would need to keep a food diary to help you identify the cause. If you can tolerate pineapple it will help with that cough.

Eliminate them 1 at a time and then see what happens. Then try to reintroduce and see what then happens. Only problem - it sounds easy but you don't individually eat those foods, normally people mix foods up.

I was wondering about pea protein. I’ve stopped using products where it’s been added. I’d think it was related to peas and aren’t peas legumes? It’s all just damn exhausting.
