I know but it makes socializing challenging!! I hate that I can no longer just "go with the flow" and eat with friends. It is a huge ordeal to find a restaurant I can eat at and then I am still anxious to eat there

So sorry to hear that! I am allergic to gluten and soy and it is so challenging as soy is in everything- unless I make it myself. Best of luck to you

I am now 60. 13 years ago went gluten free and can't believe the difference in how I feel. I believe stress was a factor in mine if I didn't have them before. 3 family deaths in 6 months.

I'm 63 and developed new allergies (peanut, banana, corn) out of the blue a few years ago. Like soy, corn is everywhere. Safest best is to eat veggies and meat at home!

I completely understand! I am 56 now and feel isolated constantly as soy is EVERYWHERE!!!! Gluten is also difficult!!
