do you know what class your allergies fall in? I have some that are class 1 or 2. I met with my allergist yesterday and she said dont worry about class 1 or 2 but stay away from 3 and up. I will stay away from all for now until my skin clears up then slowly add a few back in.

Which nuts are you allergic to? I have peanut allergy, was told not to eat tree nuts. Yes peanuts are legumes grown in the ground. Your lucky you can eat those be careful in case you have reaction. Can you eat coconut? It’s a tree nut, I can’t it at all.

I'm not sure. It's kinda like how I can have most tree nuts but no peanuts. Also peanuts aren't nuts despite the name, they're a legume.
