Hi Tori, I have a new bed mattress, new anti-allergy pillows and pillow protectors, will they help?

Ooh what's a rainbow vacuum cleaner? What's a HEPA filter?

A Rainbow vacuum cleaner traps micro dust in water, and does not send it out through the bag at you. A HEPA filter (true HEPA, mind you...) in the bedroom.
Change sheet every week, sanitize, and change pillowcase daily.
Enclose bed mattress in dust-mite-barrier plastic cover. Same type of cover on your pillow.
Remove shoes when you enter your house. Definitely no outside shoes in your bedroom.
Vacuum your mattress cover when you change your sheets.
Do not live with furry pets who go outside and then come back in with you.
