Members shared practical strategies for managing seasonal allergies, both at home and outdoors. Several members recommended natural remedies like local honey, dandelion tea, quercetin, and slippery elm, while others emphasized lifestyle habits such as leaving shoes at the door, showering after being outside, using air purifiers, and opening windows after morning pollen peaks. A recurring theme was the importance of understanding your body's unique reactions, with members explaining how Pepcid can help reduce histamine-related itching and food allergy symptoms, and cautioning that remedies like local honey may not work for everyone, especially those with severe pollen sensitivities.

You can try eating a tablespoon of honey 🍯 from your local area once a day as it has the pollen from the different fauna in your area.🥰

Do a lot of research on food and keep a log of foods that you reacted to.

Leave your shoes at the door, so pollen doesn't get tracked inside; shower after spending time outdoors, so you don't take pollen/mold spores to bed with you; use an air purifier; wait until after 11 or 12:00 to open your windows, as pollen counts are highest in the early morning hours.
