You can try eating a tablespoon of honey 🍯 from your local area once a day as it has the pollen from the different fauna in your area.🥰

Do a lot of research on food and keep a log of foods that you reacted to.

Leave your shoes at the door, so pollen doesn't get tracked inside; shower after spending time outdoors, so you don't take pollen/mold spores to bed with you; use an air purifier; wait until after 11 or 12:00 to open your windows, as pollen counts are highest in the early morning hours.
