Are There Many Here Who Have Been Diagnosed As Not Allergic To Food, But Allergic To Mold Within Food?

I have both. I’ve been advised to avoid canned foods (contain mold!) and soft fruits and veggies, like berries, that become moldy quickly after purchasing them. When I grew my own veggies, immediately after picking them I parboiled then froze them. Tolerated that method much better.
