I Have A Mold Allergy. I Like To Have Blueberries With My Cereal Every Morning. Will They Become Too Moldy In The Fridge After A Couple Days
I do not have a food allergy I'm allergic to mold in food as well as some spices.
No mushrooms. No wine. No fermented foods
I have an latex allergy and a mold allergy so it's a lot of food that I can't have and it's hard explaining it to people
Being allergic to mold in food ans well as some spices Nedfleet, you need be careful of mature cheeses meaning anything other than cottage cheese, ricotta cheese and mascarpone. Also be careful of any pre prepared food, including spice mixes, bottled Sauces, canned food, dried and spiced food like soup and sauce powders, savory snax like crisps and crackers, cured and prepared meat products, salami, chorizo sausage, vinegar, balsamic vinegar. And no, the blueberries and youghurt will be okay in the fridge for about a week. But be careful of the berries, they start molding quickly. I would rather keep frozen berries in the deep freeze and take them out for the next morning and cover them with a little sugar called maceration of fruit, to make them more palatable and saucier for the yoghurt.
Buy fresh blueberries, but don't rinse before putting in fridge. Only rinse amount you plan to eat right away. Mine last a week at least that way
And no peanuts.
