Recently been told I must cut out cows milk (all dairy) and all yeast forever. Its an intolerance rather than an allergy, but already I'm feeling tired and running on empy. I just have no idea what I can and cannot eat. But also, what can I replace foods with so I don't miss out on important nutrients. Feeling very down about it all. Any advice would be highly welcomed. What is your tastiest Dairy alternative? (Ice cream, yogurt, butter, cheese) etc.
Country Crock makes plant butter that is a really good substitute. I made apple crisp with it and I thought it was as good as dairy butter.
If you get an epipen prescription is it definite you are going to use it and when do you use it or is it possible you can have it and never get to use it? What kind of reactions would make u get the script and should you look out for before you use it?
