For so long I have been searching for a allergy sufferer of citrus just like myself. Find shopping for food ridiculously hard as most things contain concentrated lemon juice etc. Would just like a friend who understands how much of a pain it is!

I’m also,allergic to all citrus, causes severe diarrhea. Same thing with corn, dairy products, tomatoes. It’s so hard to eat.

Does Anyone Have Advice How To Help Others Understand How Severe An Allergy Can Be!?

I am newly diagnosed (less than three weeks) and my husband just is not getting how severely allergic I am to shellfish! He made me react twice. The first time was a learning curve! Second time he used a pan and didn't clean it well I used it later to cook land I ended up in the hospital! I know it takes awhile for everyone to learn to live with allergies but does anyone have advice that would help to speed the process along! Thanks so much!!!

Gi Issues And Food Allergies

I believe this stems for high histamine level when I was taking allergy shots. I have ragweed and various tree allergies I was being treated for. I have already had to stop eating melons, squash, pumpkin, because of a cross-contamination. I'm allergic to artificial colorings, latex, aspirin, bananas. My diet is limited. Has anyone had allergic reactions after beginning to eat a particular food everyday?
