I believe this stems for high histamine level when I was taking allergy shots. I have ragweed and various tree allergies I was being treated for. I have already had to stop eating melons, squash, pumpkin, because of a cross-contamination. I'm allergic to artificial colorings, latex, aspirin, bananas. My diet is limited. Has anyone had allergic reactions after beginning to eat a particular food everyday?

In the Epinen, there is an additive called Sulfites, and i am allergic to the product. In my case, should i take the chance to inject if I really have to? I am very careful on what I eat, I'm very limited in my choices of food, so shouldn't i still be careful in this case also? I wish they would remove sulfites out of wine, I would sure love to have a glass lol.Thank you.

Cherries, plums, apples, silver birch, pears, figs etc. All of a group. Have you tried really cooking them? I can eat them then without IgE response.

When I go out to restaurants, the first thing I do before I order is inform the server that I have allergies to Gluten and Dairy; even if the restaurant didn't have a dedicated menu, which a lot don't, I can always scan the menu for stuff I can eat and ask for modifications if necessary. Hi, I don't see Celiac Disease as a choice when following your insturctions.
My daughter thought she might be allergic to gluten she’s had blood test and stool test done but all come back normal, she went gluten free for a couple of months and felt fine but had to start eating gluten again for test she get bad pains in her stomach and can be sick, what else can I do to find out what making her feel this way

What is your tastiest Dairy alternative? (Ice cream, yogurt, butter, cheese) etc.
Country Crock makes plant butter that is a really good substitute. I made apple crisp with it and I thought it was as good as dairy butter.
Yes when my daughters french trip was cancelled... she and I felt predudice... I'm aware of that feeling every day... it is ignorance ... and that's fine.
