I've got a genetic decreased metabolism of some drugs, my medical professionals told me not to take anything w/o their permission, & I tend to be oversensitive to most. OTOH, melatonin did nothing for me. 🦄

George, I didn't find the CBD gummies did anything for me for sleep either. Neither do the melatonin gummies. I don't want to take sleeping pills of any sort so I get by. Thanks for responding.
