Has anyone had any experience with OIT or Oral immunotherapy?

I have used it for 4 years for my birch tree allergies (and by extension, stone fruit allergies). It really helped me.

I was just about to ask this question. I have a lot of food allergies. I just can't see how trying OIT would make my food allergies calm down. I have been talking to an OIT researcher, but when she learned there were no OIT facilities in my State she asked me if I had tried Chinese medicine...

How can I think that OIT is a real solution at that point? Chinese medicine doesn't require all the ingredients to be labelled.
