When my son started with his allergies his mouth with tingle and his throat would close he would break out in hives and have a really bad bellyache diarrhea and vomiting and he could not speak because his vocal chords would swell as well . Our allergist told us that if you ingest something That you are severely allergic to it can take a minutes to go into anaphylactic shock. whatever you do if you feel like you are having anaphylaxis or a severe food allergy take Benadryl if you can immediately use your EpiPen and call an ambulance Do NOT try to drive yourself to the hospital. Maybe you should go to an allergist and get tested for more allergens, including milk and tomatoes. You might be allergic to more than you realize right now.

Depends on the item, but many times my throat would completly close within 30 seconds or less.
