Has Anyone Used Essential Oils In Diffuser For Asthma And Allergies

Yes. They work almost as well as my Grandma's solution. She went out to the garden and gathered eucalyptus leaves, peppermint, and spearmint. Then she would fill the tub with HOT water and mix the things gathered from the garden; then I sat in the bathroom and breathed the steam. It cleared up the congestion and I felt better in about 20 - 30 minutes. I now have an air cleaner that uses essential oils and water to diffuse the oil and to clean the air.

I have also invested in an air cleaner that diffuses scent. If I want to increase energy I put some orange or lemon oil into it. My granddaughter fights nap time until I use a bit of lavender oil.
