Cows Milk Protein Cure/tests- Has Anyone Tried This?

There is a treatment where small amounts of cows milk protein is injected into the skin over a period of time in order to familiarise your body with the protein and not have it 'attack' the cells when consumed. Does this work?

Desensitization methods have not been proven to be very effective except when used with the right specific probiotic in the right amount. However, researchers out of Australia have successfully came up with drug for peanut allergies. Thus, there is hope that we might get something for dairy in the next few years.
