A food diary helps a lot. Make sure you include all ingredients. An example is I can't use regular salt as it has dextrose added to it (caking) and it is made from corn. Also, make note of what allergens are in your area. The best thing for hives is ice packs start there. I also use D-Hist really really helps. Good luck.
