I wouldn’t do it. Last time I had gluten I threw up for 9 hours and no amount of nausea medicine touched it. Thought I was going to die. I ate gluten until I was in my 20’s then all of sudden had those kind of attacks. Also heart palpitations and tachycardia, migraines, and more. The older I get the worse it gets. If you know you’re allergic just say you know. You can also get a test for the 2 celiac genes on 24&Me. It’s just spit. No eating anything or risking getting sick or having anaphylaxis.
