What do people do for sleep when they are also using Benadryl. Benadryl is my emergency med in oral and injection form?

I'm allergic to most corn product, synthetic iron, multiple medications.
I have asthma, and Lyme disease with co-infections.

I have a prescription for hydroxyzine, as needed. It is another strong, 1st-generation antihistamine that makes you sleepy. Come in handy for itching and rashes that flare up in the evening, helps me sleep on those nights.
