I Need A Way To Freshen My Breath In The Morning While Toothbrushing That Does Not Involve Mint/ Menthol. Anyone Have To Tackle This Issue?
Lip swelling (lower left only) - I believe due to contact allergy to mint
Chew on a parsley stalk. It helps for garlic breath so it should help. Or...I drink a bit of vanilla essence when I ate garlic as it also takes it away but you have to drip it on sugar as it tastes like crap and burns your tongue due to the alcohol content. Maybe it will help you? Also my dentist told me to rinse with Luke warm salt water to get rid of a candida thing I once had. It kills all the bacteria.
There are many recipies for homemade tooth cleaner. I mix baking soda, bentonite clay, charcoal, xylotol, etc. with any flavoring I want. I found them all on the net and will learn why certain ingredients are used. Easy peasy. There are also gels and paste recipies. Then you know everything that is in it and don't have to worry if some company has not listed all the ingredients.
Baking soda
I did find an orange flavored toothpaste to my liking.
I’ve brushed my tongue but not on a daily basis
Anyone Have A Mint Allergy
I Have Celiac Disease. I’m Not Sure It Is Classified As An “allergy” Or Not.
