Chew on a parsley stalk. It helps for garlic breath so it should help. Or...I drink a bit of vanilla essence when I ate garlic as it also takes it away but you have to drip it on sugar as it tastes like crap and burns your tongue due to the alcohol content. Maybe it will help you? Also my dentist told me to rinse with Luke warm salt water to get rid of a candida thing I once had. It kills all the bacteria.

Have you tried fennel? I also like gargling with salt water. Some people recommend brushing their tongue and not just your teeth.
