Can I eat Prudue Gluten Free Chicken nuggets with a peanut and tree nut allergy?

I'm having a tough time with find food our local Kroger's, I've recently have been able to eat Prudue Gluten Free Chicken nuggets; but after the last allergy attack, my throat itches after eating them, what caused that to happened?
