Navigating so many allergies at once is genuinely exhausting, and losing 20 lbs in two months is a serious concern. Please make sure your doctor knows about the weight loss if they don't already — getting enough calories and nutrition is critical right now.

Here's a lemon-berry snack bar recipe built around what works for you:

Lemon Berry Oat Bars
*(Free of dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts)*

Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed (acts as a binder in place of eggs)
- ¼ cup sunflower seed butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (mashed)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix flaxseed with 6 tablespoons of water, let sit 5 minutes to thicken.
3. Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
4. Press firmly into the pan.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
6. Cool completely before cutting into bars — they firm up as they cool.

These store well in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze them for longer.

A word of caution — always double-check that your sunflower seed butter label confirms it's free from cross-contamination with your allergens during manufacturing.
