I do! I always have a runny nose. Recently I have noticed that it get worst with dairy products. I have a doubt about casein but I'll talk with my doctor about it.

A runny or itchy nose at mealtimes is actually more common than you might think, and there are a few possible reasons it could be happening.

Here are some things that could be causing it:

- Food allergies — A runny or blocked nose can be a food allergy symptom, often alongside other signs like dizziness or hives
- Gustatory rhinitis — This is a non-allergic response triggered by eating, especially spicy or hot foods. The nose runs, but it's not an immune reaction
- Cross-contact with an allergen — Hidden allergens in meals could be triggering a reaction without you realizing it If it's happening at *every* meal, it's worth paying close attention to whether other symptoms appear alongside it, like swelling, hives, or dizziness. Those could point more strongly toward a food allergy reaction.

The best step is to talk to an allergist who can run skin or blood tests to help pinpoint the cause. It's always worth investigating — never ignore a symptom that might be allergy-related!
