Does anyone else deal with foods that cause GI issues? These GI issues are ontop of the allergy symptoms.
Also does anyone else get fatigue and headaces. As i cant get rid of the fatigue.
Can a severe migraine - headache, aura's, nausea, vomiting, light & sound sensitivity, and only being able to tolerate ginger ale and mint tea(no solids) for 5 days - be considered anaphylaxis?
What is your tastiest Dairy alternative? (Ice cream, yogurt, butter, cheese) etc.
Recently been told I must cut out cows milk (all dairy) and all yeast forever. Its an intolerance rather than an allergy, but already I'm feeling tired and running on empy. I just have no idea what I can and cannot eat. But also, what can I replace foods with so I don't miss out on important nutrients. Feeling very down about it all. Any advice would be highly welcomed. I am allergic to or sensitive to most common foods: Dairy, grains, gluten, soy, Sesame, legume, nuts, tree nuts, poultry, pork, fish, shellfish, eggs, gourds (melons, cucumbers, pumpkin), green veggies, nightshades, most fruits (stone fruits, apples, citrus). I have contacted formula manufacturers but no one has anything suitable for me. I now have SMA syndrome because I've lost so much weight. I have been suffering for many years the excruciating stomach pain if I eat raw fruits and vegetables such as Avocado, Raspberries, Banana etc. The list keeps on increasing every year and one food item gets added
The pain is a level 9 on a scale of 10 and I feel very flushed, palpitations etc. I believe it is intolerance to these food.

I have a question about peanut allergy. My son has peanut and other tree nuts allergy and he is avoiding them more than 10 years.
