I have several items that I am allergic to to varying degrees. Some cause hives, some cause anaphalaxis, but some "only" cause myalgia, severe muscle cramps, and migraine. I get this in addition to the other symptoms where they happen... and even get it in reaction to environmental allergens. Feels like someone took a 2x4 and slammed it up and down my body, and I have seen muscle cramps in my shoulder grow to the size of a tennis ball. I test negative for celiac - and I don't react that way to wheat. Dairy, Soy, Pork .... and maybe it is the specifically the fats
