Anyone Else Get Wicked Myalgia (that Flu Feeling) And Muscle Cramps From Allergens?
I have several items that I am allergic to to varying degrees. Some cause hives, some cause anaphalaxis, but some "only" cause myalgia, severe muscle cramps, and migraine. I get this in addition to the other symptoms where they happen... and even get it in reaction to environmental allergens. I test negative for celiac - and I don't react that way to wheat. Dairy, Soy, Pork .... and maybe it is the specifically the fats
