I enjoy cooking for loved ones. Anything full of flavour; I love making roasted veggies and meats, curries, chili, and especially home made desserts. My allergy prevents eating most processed foods so it's a good thing I am not bad at cooking lol

For Valentine's day I made Gluten free fried chicken, Corn, Rice, homemade gluten free gravy and gluten free peach crumb pie. My favorite gluten free flour is Bob Mill's. I love cooking with it.

I'm in to whole foods and natural ingredients. I love making stir fry with a variety of fresh veggies and serving with bean sprouts instead of noodles. I use liquid aminos instead of soy sauce. I make a second serving for my daughter that doesn't have liquid aminos because she is allergic to soy. A bit of curry spice, fresh ginger, and garlic adds great flavor to hers.

Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and a roasted vegetables on the side. Add a glass of my Dad's homemade wine with dinner and a piece of pie alamode to share with my husband for dessert.

That ECHO Chicken Scarpariello sounds amazing accept that many with milk allergies cannot have Ghee, some wines as they contain casein and many brands of chicken broth contain milk derivatives.
I'm sure it taste great but I just wanted to take the opportunity to show how a meal as delicious as this sounds and does not directly mention dairy as an ingredient can still be worrisome for those with true milk allergies. Only because it seems everything on the shelves nowadays contains some sort of preservative including medicines that contain a milk derivative.

@A MyFoodAllergyTeam Member im gonna try your chicken recipe accept I'm gonna change a few of the ingredients to make them allergen free for me. But you made my mouth water. :-)
