A long time ago, I used to eat Boca Burgers, orginal recipe, because they did not contain gluten. One day I noticed that the package design had changed. Something in my mind told me to check the ingredients and sure enough, gluten had been added. I did write to them telling them of my displeasure with them for doing this because I could no longer eat them. They responded with an apology, but they never did anything about it. Last time I checked, they still had no gluten free burgers.

I stick with reading the whole package, especially the ingredients list. If I don't then the troubles that results from that just aren't worth my trying to take a short cut.
