Hi Jan2.Good morning .Hope you well .I have figured out if an allergy starts o stop it before it escalates into the advance stage.eg swelling of the mucous nembrane in your mouth. I use allergex syrup a 5mls just to delay the reaction and drink alot of water to flush it down and this eventually stops the reaction. I do not invested in an epipen as you have to wait until you almost collapse to use the epipen to be affected. In South Africa we have allergex available..it's an histamine Hope it can help...Have a good day
