Thanks for your reply Pam. I've been to the allergy clinic, but they weren't helpful. They only deal with anaphylactic reactions, which as you know isn't what we have, but nonetheless has a significant deleterious affect on the quality of life. I'll look up the mast cell 369 low histamine diet, I've not heard reference to that before.
I'd be very interested to hear more about the trial you've been on.

I am also allergic to dairy and gluten didn’t mention that part … but Inhave found so many resources so my foods not so limited …

I also follow the mast cell 369 low histamine diet and that was a game changer for me !

I have been diagnosed since 2018 with histamine and salicylates allergies and a few more …

have you been checked by an allergist or immunologist for mast cell disease or disorder, ? that is what caused mine

mine is not curable but everyone is different and there is always hope!

since 2018 to about 2921 I was in a trial period with my immune system and a couple of drs testing medicines that will not just suppress my reactions but actually help support my immune system ..

I am happy to help and share my learnings if you want to learn more .. it has been a game changer for me in my quality of life!!
