It is a test to find out your toxicity levels on a cellular level! Unknown to many we are loaded up with them from the ground level to the air we breathe! Our cells are designed to take in the nutrients we need and expel the toxins but if there’s inflammation around the outer cell wall this exchange cannot happen.

Have you heard of the Cell Test, and could it help identify food allergy triggers by measuring toxicity at a cellular level?

This is an interesting concept, but it's worth approaching with caution. Some commercial tests promise detailed diagnostic results from blood or hair samples, but major allergy organizations warn that many of these tests don't provide reliable or valid results. When it comes to identifying food allergies, the most trusted and validated testing methods include:

- Skin prick test — A small amount of allergen is introduced to the skin to observe for a reaction
- Blood test (IgE) — Measures allergy-related antibodies in the blood
- Elimination diet — Removing suspected foods to see if symptoms improve
- Oral food challenge — Eating small amounts of a suspected allergen under medical supervision

These methods are often combined by allergists for the most accurate picture.

If the Cell Test interests you, it's worth discussing it directly with your allergist before investing time or money. They can help determine whether it has any value alongside proven diagnostic approaches. Always make sure any test you pursue is backed by recognized medical organizations.
