Since Mylan has decided to sky rocket the prices of their EpiPen, I'm looking for new epinephrine injector. Anyone know of any that are just as good if not better than EpiPen that are also affordable?
If you have private insurance, Mylan is doing $0 copays for the EpiPens with a coupon. Just google "EpiPen coupon"
I have a medical condition that makes it dangerous for me to have any medicine with epinephrine in it. Does anyone else have this problem, and if yes, what do you do about it?

Thanks I will try a nutritionist, coeliac disease I know about it's an auto immune condition. That doesn't bother me but having oral allergy syndrome does!

Does anybody get a watery, foamy mouth when you eat sea salt? I get violently sick (sweaty, stomach pain, nausea) when I consume sea salt, but doctors won’t listen to me. Can you use an epi pen? It feels like some sort of anaphylaxis.
Allergic to epinephrine
In the Epinen, there is an additive called Sulfites, and i am allergic to the product. In my case, should i take the chance to inject if I really have to? I am very careful on what I eat, I'm very limited in my choices of food, so shouldn't i still be careful in this case also? I wish they would remove sulfites out of wine, I would sure love to have a glass lol.Thank you.
Contact the manufacturers of auto injector or ask your allergy doctor for advice.
Every time I see my doctor he ask if I am still allergic to coconut. I am not gonna eat & find out. Then get yell at by the hospital. I am tired of it every appointment.
I am a caterer & my chef friends who study nutrition as I do, working with my GI have me keeping a food/exercise journal which is a great help identifying foods I can not tolerate

RAST is more accurate, but expensive. No matter what the test shows, you still need to listen to your body more.
